A SUPERNATURAL PIC NIC DROME at MAXXI MUSEUM

DROME closed the Supernatural tour and anticipated its Autumn release, the Catastrophe issue, with a special event at the MAXXI Museum of Rome: a supernatural pic nic! The themes inspired contents and atmosphere of the event, which took place on Saturday 1st October, 2011, from the afternoon until late night. The dromers have been in fact invited to enjoy the delicious and sophisticated content of a precious little bundle, between the mobile islands of green and the poetic hill of WHATAMI, the winner installation of YAP – Young Architecture Project. A magical-looking garden, inhabited by giants and bright flowers, suggested the phantasmagoric visions and the evocative sounds generated by the video intervention of Francesco Simeti and the Djs Gunnetto and Loveless.
